What Makes Valfrejus Such an Attractive Ski Investment?

1. New infrastructure investment / ski links

Valfrejus forms part of the "Croix du Sud" ski area. This huge ski network comprises of five main ski resorts: Valloire - Valmeinier - Orelle - Bardonecchia - and Valfrejus.

2. Property Prices

Prices remain low today by Alpine standards. This is set to change through the new infrastructure and links, and the recognition Valfrejus will soon enjoy from such international publicity. 3. Valfrejus itself

Valfréjus offers you 47 pistes with 70km of runs today between 1550m and 2737m. A very reasonably priced lift pass gives access to piste ranging from gentle greens on the Plateau d'Arrondaz - perfect for absolute beginners, to challenging reds and long cruising blues for intermediates and improvers. The powder for which Valfréjus is well known, and will suit advanced skiers and boarders who will also enjoy the tough black runs, and the natural snow park. Shuttle buses run to all other resorts nearby including Bardonecchia in Italy with 140km of ski pistes. Restaurants and Après Ski From Traditional Savoyarde Fondue to Mexican Fajitas, Valfréjus offers a number of excellent restaurants to suit everyone's tastes and pocket. Other activities include: ice skating on a natural ice rink, snow shoe walking, cross country skiing, heli-skiing/boarding and parapenting are all available in the village.

4. Access

Nearest airports - Turin (Italy) 1.5 hours - Lyon (France) 1.5 hours - Chambery (France) 1 hour - Grenoble (France) 1.5 hours - Geneva (Switzerland) 2 hours In addition - the new motorway route from Chambery to Modane has halved the driving time previously taken, and likewise the Frejus motorway and tunnel from Turin.

5. Les Chalets de Florence

Our first project is located in the heart of the village, right next to the ski piste - and 50 metres from the new Telecabine. You can ski-in-ski-out or enjoy a short walk back to your apartment.

6. Timing & Reservation

Construction starts in May 2007 Completion December 2007 - ready for next Winter's skiing. A 2% deposit is required to secure a reservation, followed by stage payments throughout the construction process. Mortgages quotations are available on request.
