		<description>Eddie, one thing about Thailand, and Phuket in particular, is that a lack of finance for foreign property owners over the years means that there has been virtually no distressed selling at all, so prices have remained level throughout the recession. I think it would be prudent to assume that prices will remain steady or rise slightly over the next year. I don&#039;t know Bagtao Beach, but do the usual due diligence checks, make sure ongoing rental management and marketing is taken care of and you should be fine.</description>
