Useful information for owners for Wonderpark Estates: The Body Corporate will be Pretor and levy should be +/- R370, the electricity will be managed by Impactmeters and a deposit of R500 is payable. People who want to fix security gates, must make use of Steelways (012) 5620203, and the cost for the standard gate (for wooden door) is R1290, and the class sliding doors is R2508. Total of R3798 for the fitment for both doors, all costs included.
