IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL VILLA ITTA OWNERS
Prior to visiting our apartment we have found out today that some of the furniture that was in the apartments has been taken out as the developer can't pay the suppliers, i would advise anyone who has an apartment to contact your solicitor as anyone who hasn't exchanged contracts will find themselves in difficulties, we don't have one but still are having to supply our own bedding, cutlery and anything else that we will need to stay there for a holiday, even the curtains have been removed.
We have an appointment with our solicitor in borgous on monday to see if we can sort anything out, as with all owners we are losing a lot of money as we will have to replace everything we have already paid for.
I would like to stress that the developer has a mortgage on the complex and is not able to pay, anyone who hasn't exchaqnged contracts on their a partment(s) should really find out what is happening, anyone who has completed is a bit more secure.
What we have been hearing from our solicitor is that the developer has been renting out some of the aparments without the owners permission.
I will put an update on this site when i get back, (i am only going for a week) i hope i can give you some good news then but i am not too hopefull.
We have had our locks changed to stop the developer using it and getting the rental we should be getting part of.

Hi,
We have purchased 2 apartments in Villa Itta over two years ago and are still waiting to complete. We were also under the impression that it was a gated developement, we cannot find any reference to this in the brochure we have so we may have been told by a rep.
Does anyone know if the rear of the apartments - swimming pool etc has been finished any photos that we have seen are all of the front of the building?
We were told months ago that almost all the apartments were sold but having searched the web it appears that a number of them are still being advertised for sale - including ours.

We also purchased a property in this developer in September 06. There have been loads of delays & should have finally completed end Feb 08. Did anyone else encounter problems re the developer not clearing the mortgage on the property?

CAN ANYONE CONTACT ME WHO HAS BOUGHT PROPERTY IN VILLA ITTA.WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM VIEWING OUR APARTMENTS AND MET OUR BUILDERS REP.
WE WERE INFORMED THE BUILDER MADE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE BUILDER OF THE APPARTMENTS DIRECTLY ON TOP OF US THAT THEY CAN USE OUR SWIMMING POOL.WE WERE ALSO INFORMED NO PLASMA TV WILL BE INSTALLED UNTIL FINAL CONTRACT AND ALL MONIES PAID TO ANYONE PURCHASING VILLA ITTA. IT ALSO IS NOT A GATED PRIVATE AREA.IF ANY ONE HAS ANY INFORMATION ON THIS I WOULD BE GLAD TO HEAR FROM YOU

| I purchased a i bed apartment in october2005 it was supposed to be completed in june 2006, it is just being completed now so will be ready for the 2008 season, it is dissapointing that it has taken so long but by all accounts it is going to be worth waiting for, according to our rep who has been to see it and talk to the developer, Vince (our rep) reckons it is one of the best properties in sunny beach. | trucker |
