Hi everyone!
I had heard about Vijay Group as one of the reputed groups in construction but came across the reality in last few days. I had booked a flat in Vijay Annex and also given the cheque of 51,000/- as token amount to Vijay Grihanirman. I arranged for the huge amount required for registration and also applied for housing loan. But on the day of registration, Vijay group called me up only to tell that they had sold the flat that I had selected to some other party and that I will have to choose from the remaining flats which were not of my choice. They didnt even have the courtesy to inform me well in advance or at the time of booking.
I cannot think of any other flat as myself and my family had selected it and we have our emotions attached to it. I am paying heavy interest on the money that I had borrowed for registration and stamp duty.
Vijay Group is still fetching a solution to this problem that they have created and for which I am made to suffer. They are not taking any responsibility of their actions and have started finger pointing to each other.
For all those who are thinking to buying their dream house in Vijay Annex or anyone dealing with Vijay Group, my sincere request to please be aware of this fact.
Just thought of sharing this bitter experience with you all so that you guys wont have to take the emotional and financial blow.
