| Vardhaman Gardens is very conviniently located at Balkum, Thane. Distance from Thane station is around 4 KM. Compared to all other new properties coming up is is quite close. Few more developments are expected on the road where Vardhaman Gardens is located which will make this property a prime place in due course of time. The newest development coming up is Lake City Mall with a Multiplex. There is some problem at the builder end because he has delayed the possession of its on going contruction work of 3 towers and a commercial complex. | niraj_243 |
