| Hi we har about to buy an appartment at Varca Village and would like to hear from anyone else who has bought on the development. Harish and Nila Lad | Harry the Lad |
We are in Australia and interested in buying a unit South of Goa. Any good ones near the beach ??
Does anyone have a good contact in Goa who could advise us on the procedures involved up to settlement when you get your name on the Title Deeds. It appears that they differ around India and between builders, with regards to payment and documents required. Pity there is no watchdog (Govt Department) whom we could contact to get a list of the procedures and guidelines without having to pay money.
Cheers
Russel & Enid
