Hi we bought a couple of stands at Val de Vie, across the road from the trout dams and in line with the other polo stands. Would buyers be more interested to buy a stand, or off-plan with choice between three building plans or would it be best just to complete the dwelling and then put it up for sale? We would very much like to hear your view as an overseas investor.
