| Hi, I've only just become aware of Turtle Bay . Did you follow up on this one. The options for Belmonte are increasing. It seems to be one of those hotspots that people are tempted by without visiting. I am considering Belmonte Resort & Residences by Someplace Else but this seems to be on hold waiting final permissions. The Plantation is the other development in Belmonte, also posted on message boards. | Jim |
