| I spoke with the central office in Sofia, Bulgaria and it seems they have all their planning permission in place and beginning construction in June. I realise a lot of people had gone on a waiting list for the Marina and Hillside apartments. | elkisa |

| I am interested in buying an Appartment in Thracian Cliffs Golf resort- mainly as an investment. I have not yet managed to get a price list. i have been in contact with Real World International and they have said prices will be about €1600.00 per m. squared. i feel this is pricey as a 1 bed Apt. 100m2 would be €160,000.00.
