For anybody who is buying an apartment at the Churchill Village development in Parnu, and is now wanting their money back, we are bringing a class action against Churchills. I am sure I cannot be the only one to have bought an apartment in one of three blocks. I was told completion was due Dec 2006, then delayed to March 2007, then further delayed to June 2007, subsequently informed, on chasing, that not a brick has yet been laid! Requested my money back but told no as Churchills on Isle of Wight now no longer work with Churchills in Estonia. Estonian office not returning my e-mails and have switched off their phones.
Looking at other developments in Parnu that churchill are involved in, I find many people unhappy with them. If you want out, then contact me and I will give you details of what to do. | genevieve |
