I've also purchased in Block B of The Orchard and plan to visit the site in the coming weeks to monitor progress. I'll gladly share my experience on this msg board. I'd like to see more regular photographic updates on the BulgarianDreams website however they have provided me with progress updates via email when requested.

I have reserved an apartment at the Orchard, I haven't been out there yet. I heard there are some Eco friendly protests at Bansko saying that some developments are "illegal" as they are on national park land?
Does anyone know anything about this?

| Hvae bought a couple of apartments in Bansko inc.one in the The Orchard development. My main concern after visiting Bansko again recently is the scale of development taking place. I keep hearing that no new build permits have been granted but still receive e mails from agents promoting yet another complex. I would be interseted to hear from anyone who now has a completed apartment in Bansko & how successful they have found the letting process in terms of booked weeks this ski season. | dave1-64 |
