Hello,

We thought our 90 days was also due up but we have today been told that Lira Thermal have not received our signed contracts even though they were sent recorded delivery and were signed for back in February. We have today re-sent the documents via UPS to reach them tomorrow. Their excuse is that we sent them to the incorrect address (we sent them to the address on the contract) but should have sent them to another address which they had apparently advised. This came after several weeks emailing and faxing daily as we had received no response. I have now got in touch with their Lira Aton's Office Mgr so will see what happens now. Anybody else had any similar experiences or any further news?

Apparently we had to take into account Bulgarian Bank Holidays when working out when the 90 days were up.

We had calculated receiving payment on the 2nd July but have been assured by TRMA that it is due on the 10th July.

Our 90 days are up tomorrow and in theory we should get our money back the same day. Funny thing is, is that no one has contacted us about it yet and we can't get hold of our contact at Right Move Abroad.

Has anyone else received thier money back yet?

I have sent pms to you guys as i am in the same boat. Just a word of warning, I am currently trying to find out what has gone on here but just to let you know:

The lira thermal website has a virus on the main page of their site. Troj/Psyme-I is a VBS dropper Trojan. As it is a trojan, it could potentially give the attacker access to your computer.

I dont know who owns or runs this website (the lira thermal one). I would recommend you do not visit it though.

Has anyone else had an update the situation.

We have so far, received a new contract from the developers to say that the old contracts are now closed and set up a new contract which will give the buyer ther payment back in full.  It should take 90 days to get the payment. Is anone else at this stage?

We also received that message. We have attempted to contact our lawyer in Bulgaria via email, but have not heard from him since we sent the first email 2 days ago! It's all very worrying!

Has anyone else managed to have any luck in gaining timescales for repayment?

Hi, yes we did recieve a message to the effect that ithe devlopement  wasn't going ahead and was in finacial difficulty. We have been assured by Right Move Abroad that we will get out money back but i don't see how if they own money to creditors already. We have contacted our lawyer in Bulgaria to offer any advice and are awaiting their reply.

Has any person who has bought an appartment at Lira Thermal received  a letter yesterday, 30 January 2008, concerning problems with the construction completion times and being advised to get their money back?

Would appreciate feedback asap.
