purchased one from IA properties in 2005, after attending one of the seminar, have not heard a lot from them at moment about completion , or how to rent it out , or anything else , must people out there who are or have completed in this ,any body out who have??

| We purchased a 2 bed condo off plan at the Grande Palisades Resort back in 2005. I have read conflicting reports about the current value of this type of property and we are due to complete in December 2008.
