just returned from tavira the complex is coming on really well now many people have completed and are enjoying holidays there, the developers are still on site and i think still have about 3 months work to complete but when finnished will be a very good development and all purchasers will be pleased, cheers

Hi to all Terracos purchasers,
Our friends who also bought an apt in the complex were out in May and all is going well.Their furniture is being delivered next week and they are going out for a couple of nights.They haven't signed contracts yet.If you check out owners direct website there are 2 of the 3 bed town houses up for rent-the photos look good.We are going out in August and hope to organise furniture then.Would love to hear from anyone who has been out recently and has ordered furniture. Hi,
Just recieved more recent photos from Claire and the place has come on a considerable amount recently although i dont think that May is achieveable-more like Aug or Sept as far as i am concerned as we have been told that we dont have to take over until last blade of grass is sown so i dont intend to until that happens as i have caught before in similar circumstances.have you heard anything about common costs etc.
