Is it looking as good as all the drawings and plans suggest it will be? Can't wait to see it.
Has anyone seen the latest news on the suspension of Tapus being transferred to foreign nationals? It's only just been circulated by the government there in the last couple of days. There is some info on http://www.imisonnotaries.com/turkishnews_02.php

| Having just returned from Gocek, I note that the villas seem to be on target for completion by the end of April. The Clubhouse (Yacht) will take another month I am told. Some people have already moved into their new homes. I saw one of the Red Pine Villas were occupied and when I was checking the progress on mine, it was having its swimming pool filled. | Attila |

My wife and I have purchased one of the Red Pine Villas in Terrace Life, Gocek. It is due to be completed and the end of April. The only change that I am aware of to the plan is that two of the three-bed semi detached villas are now joined into one 6-bed villa. Would be interesting to know how many villas/apartments remain unsold. Swimming pools do not come with covering which needs to be purchased separately. A very good location though villas tend to be small. I was last there in August 2007 and everything appeared to be progressing satisfactorily | Attila |

Have just returned from Turkey and discovered this forum, terrace life is looking ok, but some of the plot sizes have been altered from the original plan,and it looks scarily steep, which part of the site are you on? | samy |
