| Hello, I am an investor and have been informed that construction works have resumed as of 6th of May and financing for the whole project has been secured. Over 70% of all condos have already been sold. I will keep you updated as and when I get more information but you might want to check the "Lersuang" website for updated site photos/comments when they get posted in due course. Does anyone know if this tamarind/lighthouse company is the same company which defaulted on projects in Dubai.

It is clearly stated in all our literature that all deposits are non-refundable, client deposits cover the costs of both the agent and the developer for work carried out with customers . We always review each case and we did make an exception for Mr Stewart whose deposit was refunded in full and we wish him all the best in his other property endeavours. | tamarind |

| This development is looking really bad. I understand there are financial problems. There is not going to be a beach club! There are far better and cheaper developments all around this area, particularly Laguna Villas, closer to the beach with free golf membership. I have cancelled my purchase due to the "misleading" statements by the Tamarind LightHouse sales team. Philip James the director, promised to return my $2000 deposit 5 months ago, but frankly I do not think they have the funds to payout even such a small amount. Proceed with all caution. | visited in march ,no work ongoing at time but grd clearance had begun.went to sales office.was told al work stopped due planning query.work was due to restart one week later. since then news letter states work underway and access road finished.anyone visited recently? | notty |
