Just had email from Saffron Villas that full planning permission has been granted, title deeds passed to President and authorisation to construct has been approved.
Hopefully now things will begin as been some wait on this.
Was wondering if anyone has any further news on this or the nearby development as now finally taking shape. | raging |

Just reserved a Penthouse in block 25, looks like excellent value compared to other developments in Morocco.
Looking forward to seeing some photo's posted soon as I can't get out there until Christmas. Does anyone have a villa they can rent me for a week someone near the area? | mumberler |

Have also reserved in Block 21 as a penthouse. I am meeting with the guy from Saffron Villas and will ensure I take some pictures whilst there and post on my return.

Hi, good to see someone else reserved on this development, which block are you in, were in Block 21, ground floor.

Hiya,
I have reserved a place in the garden sector and am going over to Morroco in a weeks time to get a feel for the place.
As far as I am aware the contracts will be coming out next week, if that is not delayed again.
