nice pictures of both!! i never new the place was coming on?  i have H3 there!!  so good news and thanks!!   well im still thinking hows the best way rent my out?  have you had the other one long and if you wanted to sell is it easy?  we mite go out there early next year?  see your site looks good?  this is all new to me but ive got one in egypt on red sea waiting to finish next month its a big resort hole resort not finish till end of year?  so the rentel will be done my them?  if you have any new update pictures from there too?

yest it was Feb this year - but better than that, we were there last week!

We met up with a nice guy from ODEK called Eyup who showed us the progress on the site - they really are coming on. It looks like they'll be well finished by September 09. (Still a stunning view up there too).

Parador won't start updating until 12 months before completion - but there are some great pics on this site. Hope it helps.

do you mean this feb or last year? have they started it beco i got my from parador propertys and they said they would let me know in time!! the area sounds good? are you doing the rentel side of it? i still not shaw about it? ive been looking at fights there?? i think the airport close sometimes in year too??

We bought a Sunset Apartment too - ground floor, sea view. We were there in Feb and surprised to see how they were coming on.

We think this is going to prove to be a good move in the future - Gulluk is great isn't it.

Sounds like your feeling kinda lonely out there so thought I'd let you know there are at least two of us who were smart enough to make this investment. I bought in April just as this development hit the market so was able to cherry pick my apartment and like you I have a sea view.
It would be good to here from any other investors
