Hi there,
Just passing through and had a look to see if you guys are having any problems with Tunali as many residents at Sunlight Homes did.
Donal76 - we waited over a year for our Tapu, but as mentioned below, you are able to make use of your place beforehand.

Hi Andrew and whoever else may join.
I will not be paying final installment until the TAPU is presented. In the meantime tunali have stated that we may use our villas as we please. i am led to believe a number are occupied at the moment (small number).
Looked into flights today from Belfast to go out and furnish etc in March. Would be ideal if we could rent from some owners for a week in Villa who have funished at this stage, .
