Sunny day 6 where is this located?
Thought it was like 1km from beach.
AG are good as developers go, no problems with quality, was however late by 6months+ but got out of paying compensation blaming new rules introduced by Nessebar municipal council preventing building during holiday period June - Sept. (was force majeure I guess)
Be careful buying inland, check transport links are there, otherwise you will end up calling taxis from Burgas or nearest town.etc. Be prepared to spend 200euro getting your contract looked over by good lawyer(not theirs).
Dont give them POA set up account with Raiffeisenbank and wire transfer funds, when you are ready and happy with each stage of progress.
Any other probs mail again we have 2 BG properties and been owners for 4 years
