Hi i have bought on White Oaks also!!!
The agent i bought with was www.4Frontpropertyinvestments.com they also have a cheaper alternative for furniture at the development.
I am also going to let them rent it out.
Does anyone have any information on the development (I cant wait until it is finished)!!! | JimmyHill |
Hi there first time leaving a messgae, i am going out to bansko in 3 days to take a look at the site, i will post pitcures - anyone know how to do it .
i also found a great furniture supplier on goolge, sprign blue furniture, they have great packages, a lot better than th eflat pak crap you get from the developer.

| I forgot to add if you look at progress photos on their web site the last posting was 16/05/07 Platinum have no interest in their customers once you pay your 40% deposit. If you look at harmony-hills.com on the other hand you can see how different it should be | johntysandra |
Hi everyone who has purchased with Platinum I think you should look into your contract before you sign if you haven't already done so I bought 2 Apts in White Oaks and was told they would be at rough constuction level in November 06 they didn't start preparing the ground until May 07 and after loads of phone calls and e mails (some they didnt even bother to answer )I have found out that rough construcion will be Dec07 even though Vessilin the lawyer assured us that Platinum would pay any extra costs incurred to finish on time (Dec 07) They refused to put penalty clauses in the contract .Now I know why

Hi We have just purchased a 2 bed appartment in summit lodge and are very excited. It is a bit new and obviously not ready until August 2008 which is a bit of a wait but we are hoping this will just make it an even better investment. Please let me know of any concerns or positives about the development. I am a little concerned as i have just found out they have not received the licence yet. I hope this is just a formality and will not cause any problems.???? | rushworth23 |
