ons het sopas 'n erf in Suiderstrand gekoop en ek sal graag van ander eienaars in die omgewing wil hoor wat hul gevoel omtrent ontwikkeling is.
ek verneem van die munisipaliteit dat daar aansoek in is om verdere ontwikkeling toe te laat tussen Agulhas en Suiderstrand. Weet iemand dalk wat dit gaan behels en wat die invloed om huidige erf pryse gaan wees. Wat is die kanse dat strate geteer gaan word en dat die reservaat verdere ontwikkeling gaan toelaat.
