| there are 2 developements on Maio STELLA MARIS and VILLA MARIS. Both are the same developer and both were supposed to be finished this year.Not a brick has been laid yet.There has been a dispute over land ownership.I think it has been solved now.The developer is an Italian and lives on the island.Has any ane considered how they will unload all their furniture white goods etc when there is no crane on the jetty? | sunofabeach |

| I reserved an apartment about 5 months ago and am awaiting contracts, it's gone up 7% since the date of reservation so i'm in profit but the completion has been put back till Nov 07, unlike other islands this one seems to be the only development and is going to appeal very strongly to those wanting to get away from it all. I've been promised pictures of development by the marketing agents however i haven't received any yet | smarshy |
