| I have to choose my furnishing package for St John's Park by 7 May. Don't know whether to choose the cheaper Pine or the more expensive Oak package. I won't be using the apartment myself, but does anyone think choosing the Oak package is a good investment. i.e. will itincrease the price of the apartment on resale? Thanks | tojo |

I am told completion of my flat in St John Park will be in June 2008. Due to unforseen circumstances, I need to raise funds for final payment. Does anyone know which bank is best for financing property in Bulgaria. I have seen some Bulgarian banks rate around 6-7%. My understanding is that overseas rate should in fact be lower than UK.

I have bought in White Oaks supposed to be ready in december 07 they are now saying 08 and we havent had photos since November 5th all the developers in Bansko seem to be having serious difficulties and trying to wriggle out of their responsibilities try having a look at other forums eg White Oaks ,White Peaks or summit lodge

I HAVE PURCHASED AN APARTMENT IN ST JOHN PARK, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY IN JANUARY. IT LOOKS MORE LIKE IT BE READY IN SUMMER, I HAVE LOOKED AT THE WEBSITE BUT THE PICTURES HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE 16/12/07. I HAVENT BEEN TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT MANAGEMENT AND RENTAL SIDE IF IT .DOES ANYONE ELSE NOW ANY FIGURES REGARDING RENTAL OF THE APARTMENTS

| Bought an apartment in St Johns park in April 2006 for 90,000Euro at 1508 Euro per metre squared. had hoped for some sort of appreciation in price over the past two years before buildings completed but I see they are still being advertised as similar prices. I dont trust any of the rental management companies for a start they pay a year in arrears and the one I have been offered charge 30% and if you want to use your own apatment you have to rent it back of them so they basically own it during the term of the contract. I am hoping to start up a website for private rental if we had a unified approach we would be looking each other instead of being at the mercy of developers and their interests.

I have been having problems with completion dates with my apts(White Oaks) and have been given a lot of conflicting information of why there have been delays with construction so I came onto your forum to find out if my developers are the only ones well behind schedule .there was a 3 month gap in construction update on the web site and now that august photos have been posted I can see why. My apts were also supposed to be ready for Jan 08 and there is absolutely no way that is going to happen. there are no penalty clauses in my contract

I am thinking of buying in St Johns Park and have been told by my agent that St Johns Hill will be Golden Tulip and St Johns Park will get a similar arrangement with the likes of Crowne Plaza or Hilton.

| I have an apartment in St John Hill as do several of my friends. I think its certainly one of the "truly" better quality developments with a sound builder etc... .... very good choice.
