Hi,
Does has anyone heard the latsest on when this will actually be completed? I have been told end of June but I tried to place a furniture order with a supplier in Bansko who refused my order because he went up the hill to have a look and said "no-way, you're looking at 4 months"! Not like a business man to turn down business is it?!?!
Also, has anyone decided on furniture options yet? I told evergreen that there is no way I'm going to part with 10k based on an artists impression of what it MIGHT look like! I want photographs, they said they are putting something together but it is yet to be forthcoming. They are not pressuring me for the order which is another thing which suggests delay delay delay to the completion.
Has anyone been to Bansko recently?
Any thoughts?

On the Whiteoaks page we are also concerned about rental companies,if you want to do it yourself look at banskoholidays and if you havent had a look at the palazzo forum have a look now at how bad the rental management companies can be.

Hi
I am hoping to rent out apartment on completion. Has anyone decided to go with a different rental agency? If so, I would like to hear from you.
Many thanks.

| I have made enquiries from other friends who own abroad and it may be best to rent out the property yourself for the first year then check with Evergreen after this. Does anyone know of rental agencies who could look after things? | ravens |
Hi, I've also purchased a flat in St John Park but have not had any information about the rental agreement, can you tell me where you managed to get the info? When i originally put my deposit down i was told that there was a 2 year 5% guaranteed rental agreement but have heard nothing since....
I dont like the look of being locked in for 5 years.... | angiec |
| Hi, I have also seen this and am put of by this long term and restrictive periods. I believe they can also rent out your property individually but this is going to be conflict of interest for them. I may consider going out by myself to rent using the internet and an agent, any one else any other ideas? | moonman |
