Just returned from inspection visit to check progress and also actual location.
Was impressed with both,have bought one bed third floor with roof terrace and was shown around by Deb,would be interested to hear if anyone else been recently.Paid £145k in June 06 for apt with all furnishings and white goods etc hope I haven't been over charged also been told that the site is all sold and there have been a couple of re-sales already giving a £20k + proffitt | g@p |

I have recently reservered a 1 bed with roof terrace in phase 1 for CYP £95k inc vat. Going on inspection visit soon, will post photos. Which laywer are you using? and did you get any deals such as free 2 weeks holiday each year during construction, free inspection visit etc. ? | stevea |

hills, (phase one) and can tell me how did the buying go, and how good is the quality and rentability and so forth.
