| We have bought a place in the Diamond, Sports City but not a lot of progress reporting is happening from First Group. They say a letter will come out soon. Does anyone know what is taking place? | jtidy |
Hi all,
I have purchased a one bedroom apartment on shami tower Sports City twelve months ago.
The development was due to start October 05. It is still not started. The payments are going out to the developers every three months at the rate of 7.5%. It is little worrying to think what is going on. Almost 40% payments have been made.
The developers are saying they are still waiting to receive approval of master plan from Dubai Municipality and hoping to receive it any time now.But they have been saying this for the past twelve months.
Does any one else have more information of this?
