Hi Eddie, good to hear from you. I opted for a 7 1/2 % for a year deal on offer when I bought, managed by Silver City. After costs this won't yeild much but will allow me to hold for a bit to see what growth there is. I see by the construction photos that they are just moving on to section one where my apt. is. I'd be interested to know what you discover if you do get rental projections from other sources.
