| hi, i have one too, i purchased a first floor (roof terrace)over a year ago when things were just starting. Had a few problems with the build but all satisfactory at present.Went out in june to view and not looking bad.The view remains the most pricless pitch for this property. I have a second line property with the most fantastic view over the tiran straight with no obsticles to tarnish the scenery. Cannot wait till it is all completed and ready to go . | stustu12 |
I bought an apartment in sharks bay back in May,managed to flyout for a week with the family and take an orientation with the UK agent, was a bit difficult to arrange a meeting at first with Amin Fratelli.They are a family run business, specialising in the Red sea Riviera.I managed to get hold of the director Afzaal, before we flew out.
Afzaal met us in Sharm at his office near old market and we went to see Shark's Bay with a small group, Julie was amazed by the place straight away, she is a keen diver so had heard about it before.
We managed to by a second line apartment, all the first line were sold, but can't wait to go there before christmas.
I haven't come across any other place in Sham that compares, Shark's bay is just unique.
