| i bought off plan 3 apartments in seaview, 2 2 beds and 1 3 beds, the overall finish is good compared to odek,s other properties, i have visited gulluk over the past 2 years checking progress before completition,the area has changed for the better,and i think it will become even better, i am going out to gulluk in december to fully furnish all three apartments,i will be doing this myself and not through odek,as they are much too expensive for their furniture package. i intend to sell the 3 bedroom apartment,and rent out the 2 bed ones, | james bond |

| We completed the purchase of a 2-bed apartment on Seaview 1 Residence from Odek in July this year and are really happy with the finished apartment. The quality and finish is excellent.
