Just curious, the people who have posted here sound like they are from the UK.
Are you guys buiying for an investment or to live there?
I really can't understand why you would want to live in a Turkish place given the sensitivity of the North Cyprus political situation.
Seems to me that your just cagey with a buck.
I'm planning to leave my country so i can live with my fellow Turkish blood and it looks like the foreigners will be my neighbours. Definately not what i wanted. | Heather76 |
Hyrax36 in repsonse to your post, how did you find your trip any problems? Myself and my wife have just returned from our 4th Visit. We have bought on the Marina project. Lets just say that currently Seaterra have the opportunity to deliver on all of their customer satisfaction service committments!? To be negative at this time would be unfair...but will certainly keep this board posted.
Lin & Paul all i can offer in terms of advice is that you must visit and see for yourself, spend time and talk to people, inspections trips are wonderful but limited in time.
Rich - what do you want to know I drove up to the site on my last visit?

We are thinking about purchasing at the new development the Reserve and are in the process of organising our inspection trip, we are tempted to pay the reserve of £1000 and get the trip free but a little concerned as we have never heard of Sea Terra before, has any one else been on an inspection trip of this kind.

| Thanks Beeb, I must admit I was a little confused by the amount of housing in the first picture. I have uploaded some more photos taken for me by a friend who is buying in TRNC and recently returned from a trip out there. I'm not sure of the exact dates they were taken but I know it was during the first two weeks of April so I've entered them as the 7th. | cyberhiker |

| Hi Irish26, I was told by SeaTerra that there have been noises made about developing the fishing boat moorings on the site into a more substantial marina but this is only hearsay at the moment apparently. I was also told that one of the old buildings nearby made be turned into a reataurant, again nothing concrete. There is the golf course nearby, which is soon to be completed and there are definite plans for a marina in the Esentepe area as well. I suppose that once people start moving into the properties, the more development will happen. I see the Marina as a longer term investment. | cyberhiker |
