We saw our apartment at Sea Terra Bay in October (C Block) and it looks just great. They are dealing with minor snagging issues now.
However I feel I must warn everyone about a firm on the Internet called Spring Blue Furniture who do really great furniture packages for most countries including Northern Cyprus. We have paid for a package due to be installed on 1st April and they have disappeared.
We are not the only ones- there are people buying the furniture for properties from them all over the world. We did checks and thankfully have paid via credit cards so we are hoping we'll be o.k. but of course we have no furniture. They did not inform us either that the money went directly to Spain. We dealt with UK via emails and directly on the phone. They were very efficient and pleasant, seemed professional,had the Ideal Home Show logo on the website and told us they were exhibiting there. It will be a long drawn out battle to get the money I expect and in the meanwhile we need to start again. We had ordered everything down to the last teaspoon.
Please,please be very very careful. We are not gullible but we fell for it.I don't want anyone else to do so. | Enchanted |
We have just come back from our apartment at Seaterra Bay and although there where some snagging issues as you would expect with any new buikd we have found everyone to be very helpfull and responsive. The quality of build we are very happy with and we can,t wait to go back and enjoy a holiday in our apartment in March. | alastairs |
I am totally disappointed with Sea Terra. The qaulity if build is awful and the roofs leak after the rain.
There are several good developers in North Cyprus -- Sea Terra just is not one of them!
