| Try properties closer to kanjur marg e.g. kamal park, mahavir and gundecha. They have better potential as they are closer to the kanjur marg CBD area + the new IT park at HCC vikhroli, the 7 star radisson hotel at gandhi nagar and the lodha i think IT park. | dheerajmatta |
