does anyone know about saba towers 3? when is it going to be completed and how much is a large studio valued at todays price? does anyone know of the extra charges for the surrounding landscape which apparently the apartment owners are to pay for?

I purchased a one bed appartment in Saba 2 recently with a lake view, I paid 185000 Euro and I understand it will be ready in April this year. Anyone have any info on what the appartments are worth at the moment and any details on rental potential.
