This property is located juz before Lodha Paradise, by Lodha Group at Majiwade, Thane... Pls inform me about the Price/Sqft as even i wish to book a flat there... but an advice to everyone booking flts here:- pls check if this construction grp has been granted permission to build 30ft tall towers on the land mentioned....only then go ahead... and pls let me kno the same....

I am thinking of booking a 3 BHK flat in Athena building in Rustomjee Thane township. However, the person from Rustomjee told us that we will have to enter into two different agreements for this flat. Has anybody already done that? Is there any legal risk in doing that?
