I am a visitor to this site. i have a property in coral apartments at Turquoise development by Artev. I was having a read through all your concerns and as i have mentioned on the Turquoise forum any of you that need help with your property i can highly recommend a company i use already reliancepropertycare.com. They are a British / Irish company and offer services to owners like us and they have been in Bodrum for years i have known them for almost a year now and am very happy with all their care and attention,
There are alot of charlatans out there and it is refreshing to find honest hard working people.

We were contacted by the same company who said we must act now and send a 60% deposit with our furniture pack order and said if we didn't order 12 months before our property was completed we would be bottom of the list and would have to wait at least 3 months for installation after completion of build.
We are not going to deal with them and are probably going to use smile property for our furniture pack.
They told me that they had got my mobile number from an "international data list"
There's a lot of scammers out there and we must all be on our guard.

WARNING - FURNITURE DIRECT WORLDWIDE!!
I have been called by a company called Furnititure Worldiwde Direct who called me out of the blue tring to pressue me into buying furniture for my apartment that I have already furnished in Turkey (Royal Heights). THEY SAID THE DEVELOPER ARTEV HAS GIVEN MY CONTACT DETAILS TO THEM! I DOUBT IT! This is an outrage and I am dealing with it through the police etc, but I want everyone to be on guard because my friend who bought in Morocco was ripped off by a company who sprung up out of the blue (in fact they were called Blue Spring - have a look here....http://www.totallyproperty.com/morocco-property/5924-spring-blue-furniture.html) and offerd him a furniture pack that was so cheap it was 'too good to be true' and guess what? IT WAS, they ripped him for £4,000 and he has never seen or hearde of them again - then.... I get a call from this Furniture Direct company telling me the same story they told him..."prices just going up"..."you have to buy now" etc.... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! IT COULD BE THE SAME OUTFIT THAT SET UP SPRING BLUE AND THEN DISSAPPEARED WITH THOUSANDS OF £££ OF PEOPLES CASH! If they canot properly tell you how they got your details, and you did not call them - then they are probably SCAMMERS - FULL STOP. Glenn

We bought at Royal Heights last year as well and joined the lifetime aftersales,
is it worth it? well we are not sure now, seemed a good idea at the time you do get updates etc but I suppose you could email them for that any way. There are advantages but probably wont re-new aftersales membership after the development is up and running.

Yes I have bought on royal heights as well and I have gone on to the mri web site where they are marketing these properties at a lot higher than I have bought!!
This means if we sell eventually this will be a really good investment, they have growen quicker that FCC]

Guys - all your questions and more are fully answered on the Flamingo Country Club Owners Group which can be easily found on the Let's Talk Turkey website or better still, at http://www.flamingo-country-club.com.

- Lack of facility completion in Dec07 including importantly, the beach and beach club etc
- Payment delay due to non-supply of above amenities

- Payment timing with regard to essential documents for mortgages etc
- Water supply issues and backup supplies in the event of drought
- Indemnification of costs for bringing mains water to the site when finally available
- Sewage handling
- Centralised satellite dish - who wants 1000's of ugly satellite dishes all over our buildings
In addition the group actively discusses and agrees actions regarding important issues such as rentals and furniture packages and si moving towrd becoming a legal entity in it's own right in order to control and administer it's own activities.

hi everyone,
we were wondering if there is any body who has purchased on royal heights.
we have recently heard off MRI that all the properties on royal heights have been sold, and that prices have increased i.e. a one bedroom now costs 95,000 euros.
