Hi shelli, I bought in Royal Garden in July 2006 after going to Sunny Beach and having a look at it (it was just a shell then). If you are worried, check out other developments like Majestic and Oasis Vip homes, which are by the same developer (Galaxy Group) and also in Sunny Beach. They seem to build high end quality developments, and seem nice enough to deal with (so far!). The development itself, according to recent photos, does look stunning. With a lot of complexes springing up everywhere, this one really stands out. Buy directly from the developer where possible to get better discounts. | steveo |
