Hi,
As far as I am aware there are no compensations for late start. Some other builders offer late start compensation but these don't.

All of the projects i looked at seem to be late starting, So glad to see alot more progress here the other week, I also went to the developers office"costa sol invest" in spain and they said it should be ready end of next year??? give or take a few months. | atlan |

Are you aware that it is not possible to sell on property in Morocco, As far as we know it is Illegal to do this until you have completed on a property, This is to prevent profiteering.

| I read in the irish times that an individual is attempting to get a higher court injunction freezing the assests, against the director of Simple Properties, due to a deal which went wrong in Spain. He paid 500,000 in deposits for 17 apartments which turned out not to be what was agreed e.g. not frontline, not the size stated in brochure. has anybody else heard what is going on with Simple Properties? | bayofclouds |

I also paid half the vat but I dont know if I should have.
Aparrently the building permision has been granted and work will start shortly.I suppose 2 years sounds realistic but who knows. | joolopo |
