| Hi, we're buying apartment No: 5 - have been to Bulgaria once last Nov and stayed in Maxim's previous development overnight. Maxim seems to be a really nice guy and genuine, he tells it like it is about the area regarding skiing. He feels the way to go for the forseeable future is the Spa route as Bansko area may have been filled to saturation point re skiing alone. Web site great re updates. Yes, we have bought apartment number 19 and I'm delighted with its progress. we have been out several times to see Maxim (the developer) and the progress and have stayed in his previous development. I think he is doing a good job of keeping us updated via his website. Have you bought one?
