Received a letter from Giambrone Law stating, the development was now approaching completion and asking for the balance. Has anyone else anymore information regarding completion. I have tried contacting GL and Medsea, the usual response.
I was in Caulonia for a week in October, The project was quite well on but none completed. I visited the Medsea office in Rocella, where I met Cassie who told me completion date was August 2009. That was about as far as the coversation went. When I asked about the pool and the landscaping she passed me off to some young fellow, who came with a plan of the site layout and drew a circle at the front of the buildings. The pool will be anywhere between the last house and the sea.
To be fair to the Builder the site is clean and tidy and when finished will be the pick of the projects in this area. Well worth the wait. | buddie |
Are you aware that the completion date for Amusa Marie is expected to be 30.09.09 according to an e mail I received recently from C Gentile at Italian Connections.
I have asked for an explanation but have still not received one yet.

Hello All,
Was in Caulonia last week. Glad to see the foundations going in at last. Anyone got any idea about the reason for the delay. Tried to get an answer from Medsea, but it was like pulling teeth. Do they ever give out a straight answer. Be happy to hear from any other buyers.
