hi...we've bought a 3 BHK flat in Jasmine bldg in Regency gardens, Kharghar....we were told that the we'll get the occupancy by Dec 2006...have been visiting the builder every month to reconfirm....with assurances that the project is on schedule.....
however now we've been told that the occupancy dates have moved to March 2007...its irritating because based on the builder's commitment to us, we'd told our current landlord that we'll move out by Dec end...
and now there is this uncertainity...what if the dates get extended further?????
any other people out there who've had a similar experience with this builder...look forward to interacting with you...
