I have noticed that there is a long thread of complaints on this website about Superior Group, LLC's conduct in relation to Oakmont Resort and Spa, Florida.
We own a property at Regal Palms, Davenport which is also managed by Superior (or should it be Inferior?) and have become increasingly concerned about poor responses and ignored emails as well as not being able to access our owners account. We have been told that the system is down and none of the owners can access their accounts currently (although this has been going on for some time).
We have also been requested by Superior to pay utilities providers and HOA fees directly now whereas before these bills were supposed to be paid on our behalf and charged to our account - this suggests to us that they have serious financial difficulties.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues or know what on earth is going on?
