Another letter received dated April 17th 2008 now states that the finances needed to build these apartments have not been released by the bank. Still we await the build process to begin. Maybe at this rate it will become a retirement home..........

Glad to see another post here. However i have decided not to invest in the development as to be honest i just don't think it will ever get built!. It is clearly way behind schedule and i have seen no evidence of major work starting. Also with the claim from Pirin Golf at the moment is the development going to be rebranded if there is no golf option. I imagine there are alot of worried clients who have already bought and i won't join them at this stage. Also with the builders being a spanish company and the state of their market i would be v. worried about the finances behind the development, which i imagine is why the project has not started. Do they need to sell a certain number of units first to raise the finance to build? i think it would be worth asking them if you are selling the apartments. Nick

It is going to be a fantastic complex - very unique, something which is very important when looking to buy in this area now. | Just an aupdate for anyone who's interested. I spoke with Casa group and eventually got some useful information. They have not even started building the apartments as of yet. They forecast that the foundations will be laid by end of March 2008. The seller for the remaining apartments is now www.key4international.com | ciedwards |
Has anyone had any information on the progress of the Razlog Golf and Ski development as i have found Avatar and Casa group to be slow in giving any progress reports. | ciedwards |
