| Does anyone have a clue what is happening with this - it is now half way through the ski season and apparently all bookings have been cancelled as the reception area is still not ready. I went out to Ramada2 in November 07, MRi told me it was ready - it was not ready and I had to stay in a hotel. Apparently they cannot get in touch with the developers now. What happens next - has everyone else given up - O note the last post was October 2007! | Hev |

sorry about the photos don't know what happened. has anyone had any joy with the builder about renting the apartment? I thought he had set up a company to do this, so we all could rent as an aparthotel.

I am nearing the completion of my 1 bed apartment in Ramada 2
I purchased from MRI. I am getting mixed results from them as to whether a guarranteed rental is available or not
Can someone let me know if there is or is the developer giving a guarrantee

We have also been contacted by the furniture/kitchen providers for Ramada 2. I assume preferred by the developer as they have also kitted out some of the apartments in Ramada from looking at their website.
We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the kitchen units were included in the price, although no appliances.....sort of a half-way house really and maybe a ploy to encourage people to use Celikar Design and Furnishing Co.
We found their prices quite high and are hoping to furnish a large 2 bed apartment in sunny beach for the same sort of price.
Singhi, like you I think MRI prices too are on the pricey side and although on this development they have been fine, we have had lots of problems with them at Sunny Beach, so would not be inclined to go down that route here.
I doubt very much if there is any letting potential for the apartments for the ski season 2006/07, I maybe wrong. So we will probably defer furnishing our apartment until later in 2007 in preparation for next years ski season.
As I understand, the developers may have some form of rental agreement in mind, not really sure though.
If any anyone has any more up to date photo's, please let me know so I can add them to my esnips website.

hi guys have bought apartment with girlfriend from MRI has anyone picked the kitchen colours yet? see jll asked about furiture. I,ve used a company before villapac who have a showroom in bolton, their really good. you pick the furiture they ship it out and some one fits it.
the builder was in touch and said he would also give me quote.MRI also gave me a quote but they tend to be a bit pricey.
