i have purchased a flat in raj legacy - vikroli.i think some ppl have already been given the pocession after so many months.mine m still waiting coz its in the 3rd building.cud somebody tell me whether the flats are good enough after they hand over and any precaution or experience to share before going in to stay.the rates i suppose now going on is 5400/-.

| The price quoted as of 8 Oct was Rs. 4600/- psf + Rs. 27 floor rise. The possession is due in next 2-3 months. The quality of contruction and fittings is EXCELLENT. The layout is also very smart making it appear larger that it is. In particular, 2 BHK of 890 area also has a small terrace of some 12-14 sft which is given alongwith it. Overall its a very good deal compared to the likes of Nahar and Raheja deep inside Chandivali. | dheerajmatta |

| When u call them to ask about the rate, they dont inform you about the exact rate per sqft, instead they would tell you the lumsum amt that you would need to pay for any type of flat available.
