Regarding Exotica in Madh Island. It is a beautiful development with club house, swimming pool and extensive gardens all maintained to a vey high standard. One needs own transport to feel comfortable at this place particularly if you are coming back late at night. Apart from that couple of buildings in the complex which are in the interior are badly positioned and is difficult to reach from the front gate by pedestrians Although the buildings are only about 150 metres from the gate if there were a direct pedestrian route. However one has to make a round trip of about 500 metres to reach the main gate from these buildings. One can feel very insecure at night. | satishrao |

also thinking of buying a property at Raheja Exotica, any idea what the going rate is for re-sale for that area, think its Malad West and Ive seen 4000-6500 per sq ft, but not sure if anybody has anything more definitive.
