| Hi there..... we've been told we're going to be in some time in June - could be a few weeks away.. or the best part of two months !!! Just wish they'd tell us. Would love to hear from anyone that's moved in as we're dying to know how much notice we're going to get and how much service charge etc they expect .... Hope to hear from somebody soon.... We've just bought at Queensgate - and been advised that completion for our part of the building is end of April.
Has anyone else moved in yet?

| you guys must be patient ! We've only been waiting since Sept 2007 and we're already itching to get in and settled but now I understand it may not be ready until June 2008. Has anyone on hear heard anything to the contrary or have any more information as to why the delays are expected ? | mark+nikki |

Bored of Waiting? Well get used to it. This development was due to be completed in Summer 2006. In actual fact, it's not going to be completed until 2008. That's if it's ever completed at all. Seriously, it may not EVER get finished. | jimbluff |

I've just bought a 2 bed flat with a friend and we're hoping to be moving in around July time....things are progressing at what feels to be really slowly but in terms of property is a whirlwind speed!...really exciting stuff and yes, we promise to not be too noisy!
