Hi All My name is Adil MARZAK & I work for the developers of Port Lixus Resort. I'm the sales manager of this project and I see by the messages on this forum that many people have not a good vision on this development. Why I don't know. News coming out of this development seems to be grinding to a halt?! Has anyone any development news on which builds are in progess, and how the uptake on villas and Apart hotel is progessing. I'm interested in any views on this as I'm keen on investing in this resort.
p.s any photos of this resort would be really great.

had reserved on this development but have decided on pulling out after the extensive changes to contract, shame really as location was great .
I am now waiting on my refund on deposit is anyone else in this position and have you had your deposit back yet.

| Contracts are to be changed to make investment more tax efficient, those who have reserved & paid deposit should have received letter from the developer, any queries im happy to assist / advise. | MPC |
Just received the contracts and invoice for first 20% payment and a 1000 euro purchase admin fee that was never mentioned before. Will need to go through contract now, can someone recomend a good UK solicitor familiar with Moroccan property law, although ownership is through a UK limited company structure. Thanks.

Hi, with you not proceeding with Port Lixus would the apart hotel unit on Saidia interest you? if so do advise, availability is currently still good & prices are the pre-launch ones.

| hi, how much are the units on the apart hotel now, were they originally £73,500? Reason i question is because an apart hotel has now been launched on Saidia, looks vey good, prices start at 80k for a 1 bed unit, if anyone wants more info let us know & i'll advise..., i personally think the units on Saidia maybe a better investment as they are being done by a developer who already has apartments / villa's on the Saidia resort, (these are my own opinions, it may differ for other) | veeparmar |
