Yep - I've now had official confirmation that it will be in Q4 2008 too. There also seems to be some resale business cropping up on the mgi marina smir site with a 1 bedroom apartment in block 1 being advertised for 150,000 Euros! Nice if you can get it - although in the current climate I'd be keen to know where buyers may come from ... | rob162 |

| Not sure where you've got 25th July from .... I've been told, unofficially, by my UK based agent that it will be some time in Q4 - probably late Q4. They have just been out to visit the site and meet with the developer. They are expecting the developers to provide an official response later this week or next. I would expect there to be financial implications for the developer with a delay of that length - if I | rob162 |

| Hi all, I'm hearing that there will be something like a 6 week delay (to mid July)- due to adverse weather conditions (too much rain) and general infrastructure improvements (i.e. road building). I have purchased through a company called and so far have found them very helpful. My solicitor has went through the contract and has recommended I sign as she has only found a couple of very minor details which she is just waiting for the paperwork to cover them.
If you are happy with the company you are buying with I can recommend my solicitor who will translate the contract to English . I'm not on comission from either company just have found them both helpful. If anyone wants either the solicitor or agents details please feel free to email me at tyrone332@aol.com .
